This next group of four trials, on the same oven, demonstrates that while baking cycles are not identical for a given oven, the sequence of colors is invarient. A marginal color could be hit or miss, however, as we've seen luminance iteration variences as much as 1 to 5 minutes on fleeting colors, and variences of 10% or so on persistent colors.
Our conclusion is that Hue and Saturation are fixed for a given oven. The Luminance value, however, is not stepwise incremental and is actually quite sensitive to lag, with observed variations of 1-5 game minutes for fleeting colors and observed variations of up to 10% for persistent colors and in the overall time for an entire white to black cycle. If your oven has a marginal color, catching it on a given run could well be a matter of luck and lag.
We're showing the first snapshot after each change of color name. The HSL vector is calulated near the midpoint.
